The N.C.C.S. Vending Program is a royalty-payment program through which the N.C.C.S. receives regular payments for every sticker
issued to participating owners on their vending machines. This national program generates more than half a million dollars annually toward
giving children with cancer the best possible chance for a brighter future.

Q How do I get started in the Vending Program?
A Just call us at (314) 241-1600 to request a Vending Start-Up Kit. The kit can also be downloaded by clicking here (3.6 MB pdf).
Q What does it cost to participate in the Vending Program?
A


The rate is based on the quantity of labels requested. We do charge a one time set-up fee of $10.00. For five or less labels you are required to pay annually at $12.00 per label per year. The royalty fee for six to twenty-four labels is $1.50 per label per month or $12.00 per label per year. Twenty-five and over cost $1.00 per month per label. Annual payments are non-refundable.
Q How do I obtain my vending stickers?
A Submit the signed Vending Contract along with your first month's payment. Self-adhesive stickers, measuring 3-in. by 5-in., will be sent to you promptly.
Q May I fax my signed contract to begin the process?
A Yes. Please fax the Vending Contract and Debit/Credit Card Authorization form to (314) 241-1996.
Q What information will I have to show location owners that I am associated with the N.C.C.S.?

The N.C.C.S. will send you a Vending Machine Placement Letter with your stickers. Complete the letter by adding your name and phone number as the contact; make copies of this letter; and give the letter to the owner/operator at each prospective location. The letter provides the owner/operator with your contact information and confirms your association with the N.C.C.S.
Q How do I make my monthly payments?
A You may pay by check, money order or by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
Q Will I receive an invoice each month?
A

No. If you are a monthly credit-card donor, you will automatically be charged on the 15th of every month. Self-addressed envelopes are provided for check payments.
Q What if I need more stickers?

Q How do I withdraw from the program?
A

Remove all N.C.C.S. stickers from your machines and return them to the N.C.C.S., regardless of condition, along with any unused stickers and a written request for cancellation of your contract with the Vending Program.
